Bed was quite uncomfortable. Floors were patchwork of lower quality commercial carpet. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up for standing urinating. Only 2 hours for breakfast.

I've been staying at Thunderbird for several years, I travel back and forth from UT to CA. It's a great halfway stop.

Booked room with the understanding they accepted esa animals as it states, and was charged fees that weren’t specifically for animals. It was an “additional family fee”. No other motels/hotels I was charged this fee especially with supporting esa documents. Also when leaving the motel early in the morning there was a homeless person climbing out of the window right next to the room I was staying at. Did not feel safe here at all, needs better security. Do not recommend
