Publié le 27 févr. 2024 sur HotelsBoende med magisk utsikt. Rummet var simpelt men fullt funktionellt och helt precis vad vi behövde. Utsikten från rummet är fantastisk. Personalen är supertrevliga och väldigt snabba på att svara på frågor. Boendet har endast tre rum vilket gör att boendet känns väldigt privat. Ligger ca 10 minuters gång från centrum (perfekt enligt oss).

Loved my stay at the Ella Alpine Resort! The views are amazing and the owner is so nice and accommodating. Breakfast with an incredible view was just an added bonus to get the morning started.

Nice small resort with amazing views.
Publié le 12 févr. 2020 sur HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay at the Ella Alpine Resort. Our host went out of his way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Breakfast varied everyday and this place had the best WiFi so far in Sri Lanka. Beautiful views and an easy walk to Ella via the train tracks. Great spot.

Paying extra for nothing

Dear Cheuk, thank you for staying with us. Yes, we do admit we are not in the town centre but the location is something guests should decide when booking any accommodation. Most of our guests look for the peace and quietness that properties in town cannot offer, hence they prefer our location to one in town. If you use the map showing the shortcut to town that we e-mail twice, once immediately after you book and secondly, a couple of days before your arrival and also displayed in the information folder that's in your room, you would've been able to get to town by foot in 10-15 mins. The prices we write on our whiteboard are last-minute walk-in prices for rooms that haven't sold ye for that dayt. Of course they will be slightly lower as a room sold for a lower price is better than a room not sold. I hope this clarifies it for everyone else interested in staying with us. Thanks again for staying with us.

The property is in good location if you are into hiking and you are nature lover.

Amazing stay in Ella

The owner started with very warm welcome introduction to hotel and the area. He himself also took me and other guests to hike to very famous nice arch bridge. Breakfast at hotel is amazing as everyone mentioned in review, but what I really got me to love this stay was the owner served dinner one day, very delicious homemade jackfruit curry, which I told him earlier that I love jackfruit which I cannot eat in my home country. He made jackfruit curry!!!!! I am solo female traveller, and I felt so safe and my heart so full after meeting the owner and his staffs.
Thanks again for the best hospitality I can ever ask for. I will never forget this experience;)
