Good Stay

Very clean, nice hotel and rooms. Service a little scattered. No clear information on breakfast times and was disappointed not to have Sri Lankan food, especially given the price paid for the room. Last time I stayed at a home stay in Ella called Eden View and the breakfast was exceptional and available any time. This would be my suggestion for improvement. Otherwise a comfortable room, great location.

O2 Ella er et nyåpnet hotell som åpnet dørene i januar 2020, og det merkes. Nye, fine og rene rom som sto til forventningene. Bra plassering i Ella da det både er nært hovedgaten og turmuligheter som Nine Arches Bridge og Little Adams Peak (ca 40 min å gå til begge lokasjonene). Ellers var både den Sri Lankiske og vestlige frokosten meget god med et bra utvalg. Det som gjordet oppholdet vårt ekstra spesielt var vennligheten og gjestfriheten fra personalet. Vi hadde flere lengre samtaler med de ansatte og fikk virkelig kjenne på gjestfriheten lokalbefolkningen er kjent for på Sri Lanka! Pluss for så mye gratis vann du måtte trenge. Det eneste jeg savner er myggnett over senga da vi opplevde å få noe mygg inn gjennom dørsprekker og ventiler.
