Great house for a getaway! Private, secluded mountain home. Perfect for relaxing and recharging. Kitchen was well stocked, tv for watching the football game, great views! We didn’t use the fireplace but it would have been cozy if the weather was cooler. No issues or complaints at all! Would love to stay again.

This was our 4th time staying here. We love it so much. The area is beautiful and the hiking is spectacular. The house so cozy, clean and comfortable. It’s hard to leave. Molly is such a great host. She has great advise about the area and is very quick to respond to any questions. Again LOVE it here and will definitely be back.

The place is perfect for a couple to get away from it all, very remote and quiet. You might hear a car a couple times a day but you probably won't see one. The view from the the back deck is incredible, no roads or buildings in sight. There's a screened porch if it rains or there's bugs but we had very little of those things for the two weeks we were there. It also has an outside part of the deck if you want some sun. Really a great set up. The inside of the cabin is also arranged very nicely. Tons of closet and cabinet and drawer space everyewhere! All of the rooms seem to be the right size, not huge but not small. I was impressed with the amount of cabinet and counter top space in the kitchen.Everything was neat and clean and Molly was very quick to answer any questions we had. No problem with cell service or internet service.What more could we ask for? Awesome

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Home was clean and there are some great views off of the back porch. If you like quiet solitude, this is the place. The gravel/dirt road coming in for 2 miles can be rough in spots, so take it slow especially in a vehicle with little ground clearance. A handy tip from me is save the house address in Google Maps in case you leave then come back after dark. When you turn onto the road coming back after dark leave your phone screen on to follow the blue line back to the house address. It's dark out there at night and very easy to make a wrong turn.

Very nice place. Very clean. Gravel road and driveway weren’t bad
and we were in a car with very little ground clearance. Nice to know that some dog’s nasty butt wasn’t sitting on the couch the day before.

Just what was needed

Everything was great. Very clean, well equipped and owner was quickly responsive.Just one thing was about tv streaming (not everybody has streaming channels or is techie enough to figure things out - that’s me!). Maybe have a regular system back up?

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view. Very clean & neat. Quiet location. I would just suggest a couple of small cookie sheets and blinds on the side porch to come a third of the way down to enjoy the afternoon view without being blinded by the sun. We suggest taking food with you to prepare since it is quite a drive to go eat out. But we love the place.
