Overlook on Main is in the heart of the downtown district of Ellijay.

You will have access to the whole home which is located upstairs above commercial space that currently is not being used.

The space is a studio apartment-style home. The living room/bedroom is open to a sitting area with a Smart TV and high-speed internet. The kitchen area is set up with all the kitchen items needed, as well as a designated work area. We provide a snack basket with snacks and bottled water, as well as a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods and tea.

Pet Fee is $100- this home has a limit of 2 dogs - fee is not per dog but per reservation. Please coordinate payment before the reservation.

Pet rules
Please do not use guest towels on pets.
Clean up all poop. Poop bags provided
Use the couch cover, provided.
No dogs on the bed, dog bed provided.

Firepit rules
Guests may use fire pit at their own risk
We do not consistently provide firewood- there may be some there, but please know that there may not be
Please make sure the fire is completely out before exiting the courtyard.

This home has one flight of stairs - it is the upstairs unit.

Our unit comes with one designated parking spot for our guests. Location will be provided in checkin information.

The couch does lay down into a futon-style bed. We provide extra linens for this to be used as a bed. Our max # of guests is 3.
The main bed is a queen bed.
