"Check in was great! Our room was clean but it all went downhill after that. It felt subpar as soon as we walked in. There was missing furniture...one chair for 2 adults! No table to eat at...which is strange since they offer room service. There was no clock, not even a pen or piece of paper! It felt like a leftover room they only use when desperate. The sink in the bathroom was very slow draining and was quite bad if the tap was left running...so brushing my teeth and washing my hands was tricky! The air conditioner was so noisy and hard to regulate...it kept us awake most of the night. Even turned it off and it was still making noise! So frustrating! For over $200 a night...I will NOT return"

"It is a clean, lovely hotel and would be our go to except its only restaurant is the attached Dennys...with is trash food. We tried to get room service, but Dennys would only deliver if we paid a delivery fee and tip???? They are IN the hotel, why would they charge? Anyway we go food to go and went down to pick it up but it was absolutely disgusting...they put steamed broccoli loose in the to go box.. So gross. They don't offer a breakfast because they want you to buy breakfast from the Dennys which again is terrible food, so not an option. I do appreciate the earlier checking of 3pm and the later checkout of 12 but we couldn't enjoy it because we had to go find food and coffee in the morning. Overall, we will go somewhere white we can get good food delivered and breakfast in the morning."

"This property getting to the back door is very dangerous for disabled or a senior citizen. The stair blocks too far apart, and when it training slips and falls, could happen very easily. The room is clean however there was a coffee maker with coffee, but no creamer no coffee cups that was a little bit disappointing but we managed to that. It was quiet nice atmosphere and a clean that was not the issue however as I said before, if you were a senior or have any kind of disabilities getting to the back door down that terrible dangerous walkway I will call you."
