We checked in and they only had one room key available for us, our TV wasn’t working, I called the front desk and the guy said he was busy, I called back 30 mins later and he said he would come to the room when he had time, he did come 20 mins later did all the things we had already tried and said he couldn’t get it working. I asked to be moved he said he couldn’t do that, I asked for a discount and he said because I booked with Expidia he couldn’t do that. I complained the next day and still no satisfaction. Don’t stay at this hotel

The room was absolutely spotless. The heat pump in the room was a nice addition! The motel itself is very quiet and we were able to have a great sleep!

Booked a room through Expedia that was non refundable. I didn’t read the fine print and seen a major credit is required upon check in. I told them i don’t have credit cards just a debit Mastercard and I was willing to leave a deposit instead. I apologized for missing the fine print and their “hotel policy” so they would not allow me to check because I didn’t have a credit card and kept the money spent on the room as well and 60 something dollars in Expedia credits. The place isn’t even that nice or high end so not sure what their problem was. The women working was miserable but that was to be expected.

Support staff Lacking courtesy. Gave the impression were doing me abig favour. Plus they made a charge of $250 in case there was any damage to the room, which would be cleared after the room was made up. As a senior I hate to be treated as a possible vandal.
