Last night was a horrible experience in the pub! Management was unapologetic about the situation, one sided and hung up the phone in my wife’s ear when she tried to explain what happened.I am sorry I didn’t record the conflict. Food is overpriced and poor. Breakfast was great!

Had a quiet lake view room on floor 9. Was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The restaurant was a plus, great food and fast service and breakfast was hot and plentiful. The only con was tight parking for a full size pickup truck, but nothing I’m not used to by now. All in all, we will be back again.
