Staff were so friendly and accommodating, when Christian saw my Mother had mobility issues, he switched her to a different room with a walk in shower. The complimentary breakfast was so much more than expected and the rooms and hotel were spotless. Highly Recommend

The thing that really stood out were the eggs. Most continental breakfast serve eggs that are the consistency of egg flavoured jello. Their chef made eggs that tasted like actual eggs! It seems a strange thing to rave about but for breakfast the little things really count.

We've stayed at Best Western Chocolate many times over the year. It is our "default" hotel for Halifax. Obviously we're happy with just about everything. This was the first time we had a problem. The plug in our bathroom sink jammed and we were unable to use the sink. This was on our last morning and we were unable to have it fixed before we left. Unfortunate but it made getting ready difficult.
