Rooms were clean, well stocked, quiet hallways.Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Check in was challenging. One of the terminals was down so we had to go to the back of the other line and wait to check in. Otherwise a great hotel. Great stay.

Room was great ..tech outdated ...bath moved wonky when stepped in..safe?? Spent 40 min trying to take my deposit ..staff seemed to lack knowledge and competance...after 40 min of trying to check in finally went to atm to get cash for deposit. When checking out they had lost my cash deposit 30 min later she took it from the cash drawer because she couldnt find it. .This made me late for work. Took 10 min to print receipt. Just frustrating. I also upgraded to 2 beds. When i was checking out oh that 25 dollar upgrade waz

Parking is a major issue. When arrived back on the Saturday night, there were at least 15 cars without parking. Went in and talked to staff and rhey parked me in handicap for the night and lots were parked fire zones. No overflow.

Excellent location, Excellent room, Courteous Staff, Excellent Hot Breakfast arrangements with plenty of tables and seats. Got a free upgrade to a Lake View room as for some reason the original room became unavailable. They just kindly did it without telling me, but I could see and hear them trouble shooting this issue. Only took them a few minutes, no biggie. Not for once I felt inconvenienced with their service. Only one thing to mention is the very tight parking in the front, but there are a lot of parking spaces in the back, so not really a problem. Highly Recommend it and will certainly use this facility for my future visits.
