Room was very clean, kudos to the staff. Towels were thin - really felt cheap and there were only 2 in the room. Breakfast offered good variety. Was not expecting a $200 room damage pre-charge at check-in, though. The website needs to make this clear. We were assured it would be refunded, which means it gets charged, so watch your credit card statements to be sure it is refunded.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing — great variety and delicious options to start the day. The rooms were spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which really added to the welcoming atmosphere. I also really appreciated that the parking garage was only accessible to hotel guests — it felt very safe and secure. The pool was crystal clear and well-kept, which was a nice bonus. One of the best parts was how convenient the location was — everything I needed was within walking distance, so I didn’t even have to drive anywhere. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Clean and quiet hotel within walking distance to all downtown attractions. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Parking available in parkade on site for $28.95 CAD per night.
