Very Nice!

It’s nice; we’ve always enjoyed it. But, we are a Hilton Diamond member & suppose to have free premium wifi. My credit card was charged $4.95 plus tax for it & I think $25 plus tax for parking, is ridiculous! After paying $300/nite, it’s absurd

When we checked in, there were 2 hotel staff checking people in. There were a good amount of folks checking in at the time we arrived. One of your check-in staff chose to walk away and help another staff member get something from the coffee station. It just seemed a little funny he would walk away while there were people checking in. Just an observation.

We reserved a room through this app and was not given the room we seen on the pictures. We paid for a view and king suite. But turned out to be facing a wall, and a standard king. The bed was broken on one side and it made the bed uneven. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, found hair, finger prints and floors with dirt in corners and around the bed. We were not happy with the breakfast, which was very minimal and on Mothers Day!! Safe to say we will not be returning!

Our family checked in around 5:00 p.m., but our room was not ready, even though the regular check-in time is 3:00 p.m. The front desk staff explained that the hotel was super busy that day. Also, there was no hotel parking available, so we had to park at Scotia Center. The Scotia Center was not far from the hotel, but it wasn't convenient, especially since it was pouring rain on that day. Breakfast is very average: coffee, tea, fruit, eggs, nothing special or fancy.
