"I’ll start by saying: Edna the Egg lady and the view was worth all the troubles! We only had 36 hours to visit and we spent 3 of those being locked out of our room due to the keypads battery died. I get it, but they kept having us go back and forth downstairs to get it rekeyed the first few times before they finally had the security guard let us in. The next day we spent another 2 hours until the maintenance man was called to fix it! Plus The elevators are a nightmare!! By the way: Loved the fireplace and jacuzzi!!"

"Clean hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Located near the Falsview Casino and the incline railway to conveniently get you to and from the falls. There are lots of restaurant choices nearby. And, what an amazing view of the falls!"

"Table light didn’t work. Attendant got us a different one. The air unit didn’t work. When the attendant pulled the plug it had arched and was blackened. She plugged it back in. I told her immediately to unplug it. We moved rooms. This one the end of the wooden bed was almost coming apart. My husband had to bang it in. WON’T BE BACK EVER. The pool area did look nice we were to have a free breakfast which we didn’t even look at. It was housed in the noodle restaurant out front of the hotel."

"The property is pet friendly. We brought our little Bichon. Check in was easy and quick. Hotel room was clean and basic. Air conditioner was loud. The hotel is on Lundy Lane so it's convenient but it's on a busy street. Do not expect quiet room. Easily heard next door neighbour conversation. Surprised to find hot water pressure pretty good in bathroom. Dove shampoo and conditioner, hand wash were provided, just missing body wash. We brought our own, so we don't bother asking the receptionist. Bath towels were old. Better to bring your own towels. Continental Breakfast includes sliced bread and coffee. There's a waffle machine but a long line up. We didn't eat breakfast there but got breakfast from Tim Hortons across the street. "
