"Been staying here with family and friends many times, one of the reasons my kids like to stay here because of their indoor pool and view of the city. However, after last night stay there I would like to see a pool personal at all time to make sure all guests have a good experience. There were about 15 teen boys that were playing in the pool, were very disrespectful to others.splashing, pushing, screaming, screaming. Despite telling them multiple times to be respectful and watch out for people in the pool, they were continuously bothering others. I didn’t see anyone staff from hotel to step in ."

"I stayed at the Hyatt Fallsview for one night and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. "Our room was dirty, old towel left in bath tub, dirty pillow case and chips left under the bed. Clearly not cleaned well. However the fact parking is an additional $50 I feel ripped off, I already pay $300 for not even 24 hours. The staff was good, and pool and hot tub was nice. "
