"We had something fall out of the ceiling in the bathroom overnight that fell into the tile floor and was so loud it woke us all up.
We were unable to control the temperature in our room after multiple attempts to play with the thermostat.
We paid for a balcony room and were given a room with a door that opened with a gate in front of it. You could not step outside. From the 9th floor you will have some trees in the way of your fall views.
For the money, it was not worth it. "
