"Pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in, the woman who helped me was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms appear clean and was spacious. Location amazing. We didn’t use ammenities so I can’t comment. I only wished there was more parking at the back of the hotel. There wasn’t any more space so we had no choice in the further lot. Not that far but it was raining. "

"somewhat clean room, decent view of the casino and buffalo. Hotel is connected to the casino (hilton is as well) which for me, makes it the easy choice of local hotels if you plan on gambling. The tube connecting to the casino also connects to the casino parking garage, which was nice as well. This hotels self parking is accross an (often) busy street so I would recommend using the casino parking garage if you plan to gamble. This facility also has an excellent pool which is open late, 3.5ft and full of kids, though thats to be expected given it was march break. Hotel staff were friendly, and checked us in at 1PM without charging for early check in which was appreciated."

"Under renovation in north tower first night we were on floor 15 not renovated yet, tv did not work in 1st bedroom neither did phone or bathroom door lock, went to front desk they were helpful and sent someone up to check tv for kids, person could not fix it first night so kids went with out. Tv got fixed next day but then with construction going it seemed like they cut the cable both tvs went out. At that point they moved us to 41st floor wish we started out in 41st floor as it was newly renovated would have given full 5 starts if we started out on this floor no issues after. "
