The A/C/heat blows directly at you in the sitting area. The wall USB doesn’t work. The radio(?) was accidentally turned on in the night while searching for another USB, because the ‘buttons’ are not visible. Check-in is very inelegant, is it a lobby? A restaurant? Why are waitstaff walking behind me with hot plates and an open flame during my check-in, thank goodness no kids to wrangle during that. The staff were wonderful, thoughtful, pleasant and professional. Room is very clean. Thank you for the stay, overall very enjoyable but sometimes it’s the little things that can add up.

I have visited the Sutton place often and it never disappoints. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, perfectly located and the staff are helpful. We used the hot tub and loved it.
