The lovely staff person Svetlanna who took care of us when we checked in and gave us extra towels and lots of attention and cleaned our room and she helped us with the coffee maker!!! thank you!!

This hotel doesn’t have a pool, but on check in they stated they have complimentary access to one nearby. I wish this was listed in their ad when booking so we could have packed accordingly and used the nearby pool.

Mattress and pillows are way too soft, barely get a sleep for the night I gave it 0 out of 10. AC unit is old and loud, luckly it is not kicking on that often as the whole building is warm.

The room and hotel itself was great, as well as the location. The check in was horrible. It took about 45 minutes and our reservation was incorrect despite having contacted both Expedia and the hotel itself. We had multiple rooms book, confirmed multiple times, and upon arrival there was only one room for us. After waiting, they did manage to find us another room to suit our needs but it took arguing with staff to make this happen. Maybe not typical for this to happen here, and the hotel itself was great, but a poor experience to start the stay.
