Staff members are very nice but de TV in my room are not working good always freezing. They told us to go watch tv at the lobby. 😳 We rent a room hotel not to go watch tv at lobby. We need to watch it relax in the room. That’s not really nice. We appreciate a solution for that problem but nothing. Maybe a room free for the next visite 🤔

From 5pm - 10pm, then 7:15a.m. until check out, there were about a dozen kids playing hockey in the hallway, right in front of our door. Had a hard time getting our 4 year old to bed and had to walk through adults and kids, hockey sticks and nets every time we went to and left our room. The hottub in the pool area wasn't working either.
Had to walk through hockey games each time we wanted to go in or out of our room. No staff around.
