We had requested extra washcloths but never received them the first evening. The second evening we had to request extra washcloths and they had not replaced the used towels. They were replaced quickly however upon request.

The staff was very polite and pleasant. We found the exercise room exceptional; it was very well equipped. The room was clean and the shower was very nice with no water issues like at other hotels.

Staff at check in were friendly and professional. The room was quite clean and comfortable with beautiful Lake view. The pool was much smaller than the pictures and basically only useful for kids. Kids love the slide. The slide is a bit unsafe for adults as you may hit the pool wall!

Property was clean, room was clean, staff were very nice. The food quality was only sparse, & mediocre for a premium hotel price. Disappointed. The front desk staff had zero knowledge about food/ events/activities/sites to visit either locally or within Halifax. There is literally nothing walkable to eat or visit. The only walk was to Spectacle lake on a very sketchy path that has not been groomed/cared for? No side walks either. There was a lobby kiosk with suggestions. I called 4 activities and none were either operating or answering mid day on a Friday? I went to rent a car, Saturday at 3:00 pm every local rental spot was closed at 2:00? Ridiculous . Ubers everywhere were way over priced for the area and distances travelled. I would recommend staying closer to downtown Dartmouth or Halifax to have more activities.

Overall was a great place to stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great and a short drive to most things. The food in the restaurant was great. Wish there was some benches or sitting area outside since we stayed a week, would have been nice to have an outside option for fresh air.
