Staff was very professional and friendly. I'm not an overnight motel person so I'm not always comfortable in someone elses surroundings. I noticed right away there was no closet or hangers or wall hooks for jackets. I used the end of the ironing board. Doable. I did clean out the water overflow in sink just so I didn't have to look at someone elses black dirt ( probably whiskers). It was strange that there was such a small sink and vanity when there was plenty room for a counter instead of using a TV tray beside the sink. But very impressed on the cleanliness with the exception of the sink water overflow. We would probably return to stay if the need presented itself. Thank you.

This hotel is very old, the rooms are spacious and well laid out but some updates need to be made, I know we stayed in a renovated room last year and it was nicer than the room we stayed in this time. The hair dryer in our room was broken (and dangerous) but the care taken by the staff was appreciated and If they can get all the spaces updated I'm certain this will continue to be a great hotel.

The front desk were so helpful! Especially the lady in the office. My husband and I r seniors. We had trouble finding the hotel not from the area… she was on the phone with us and stayed till we made it to the hotel safely. We really appreciated her patience. Yes I would definitely book there again.

The room had a strong cleaning supply or deodorizer odour. The air conditioning did not work, the room stayed at 21 despite turning the unit down as far as it would go (18).

The hotel is in an industrial area. We were able to walk to a great Thai restaurant right across the street. The staff were really great: friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and fine to start the day: bagels, waffles, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc. Coffee was available 24 hours as well as lemon water. We didn't use the pool but it looked spotless.
