A cosy villa with a private plot, garden, swimming pool and garage. The entire villa is on the ground floor; from a cosy glazed lounge, you can access the spacious living-dining room with its fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The house has a bathroom with a bath and two bedrooms: one double (90cm beds) with a Spanish-German TV, and another double room (two 90cm beds joined together), both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. On the upper level of the house is a small terrace with lovely views of the Segaria mountain. 
The grounds are fully fenced and feature a large swimming pool with an outdoor solar shower, a lovely garden surrounding the entire house, and sun loungers. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, French and German TV, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, wood-burning fireplace, etc.
Quiet location in a residential area, 650 m from the sandy beach and Almadrava beach. The nearest bars and restaurants are 600 m away and the supermarket is 900 m away (Saladar). Els Poblets offers everything you need for daily life: various shops, a supermarket, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, etc. The village centre is just 900 m from the villa. The centre of Denia is a 10–15-minute drive away (8.7 km).Denia and its surroundings offer excellent facilities and a wide range of leisure options, including a marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as superb dining options, not to mention its nightlife. The 20 km of beach offer something for everyone: areas for various water sports, beach bars, sunbathing spots and beautiful coves. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante; the airports of both cities are an hour’s drive away. In 20 minutes, or an hour at most, you can visit other coastal towns such as Jávea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm and Alicante to the south, and Oliva, Gandía and Valencia to the north. Two golf courses are just 10 km from the villa: Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf.
