Blue Rock Chalet w/ hot tub

This stunning Chalet style home is nestled about half a mile off the road, in the heart of the beautiful town of Elverson.
The private setting this house offers makes it the perfect place to escape for a weekend or even a few weeks at a time.

There is a "huge" family room with a cathedral ceiling, and a massive fireplace, there is two oversized couches with a 75" 4k TV, plenty of books, and kids toys making it the perfect room for family night.
The entire second floor is the Master Suite, offering a king size bed, an enormous walk in shower, and a spa room with a 5 person hot tub.
The basement has a man cave feel with a beautiful pool table, a huge bar with unique and classy bar stools, a 75" 4k TV with Xbox One, and a large corner couch.
Outdoors we have a beautiful screened in porch, a Weber grill on the deck, and the cutest camping area with tiki torches, a real stone fire ring, and plenty of dry wood that offer many nights of wonderful campfires.

In order for this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone, there are a few guidelines we ask you consider the length of your stay:

No pets.

No alcohol.

No illegal drugs, including cannabis.

No parties, this house sleeps 8 people, any additional members must be added.

Smoking at designated smoking only.

This is a private setting, however there are fairly close neighbors so we ask that you keep noise to a considerable level and no noise after 10:00 pm or before 7:00 am.

No vehicles in and out the driveway after 9:00 pm or before 6:00 am.

In the result that any of these guidelines are violated there will be a minimum fee of $100.


Other things to note:

If you book this house for a winter stay, we highly recommend 4WD or AWD as the driveway is fairly steep and you may not be able to enter or exit without 4WD or AWD.

You must be over the age of 25 to book this house, and there must be a person over the age of 25 present throughout the entire stay.

For our safety, we have security cameras watching the front door and the driveway.

No pets, we apologize but there is no exceptions to this.

There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room that we highly encourage anyone to use, however, you 'must' have experience with indoor fires, if the proper precautions are not met it could result in a house fire.
