The staff was courteous, and the room was very clean. Grab rails for entering and exiting the tub to shower would be very helpful, especially for elderly people.

We loved our short one night stay here in Ely, Nevada. Great staff, check in was fast and easy, room was clean with comfy beds, pillows and hot water with great pressure for the shower. Restaurant was good and all staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub and pool were great for our relaxing evening and gave the 4 year old some play time after a long day in the car.

Room was clean and well put together it was quiet and the hotel had a decent pool area that was clean and in great condition. Dinner at the casino restaurant was good and not a bad price with good options overall it was a good place to stay in the area.

From beginning to end, we had a fantastic stay and experience!! We received complimentary drinks to grab at the lounge, great welcoming service from all employees, and great food at their restaurant. The room, itself, was clean and comfortable. It had everything we would need. We are so happy with our stay that we are planning a couple future trips around the area now JUST so we can stay at this establishment again! Super pet friendly and honestly, family friendly, too. My four year old enjoyed the pool very much. He said it was so colorful and fun!! Can’t wait to come back.

I stayed in a pet-friendly room, and as soon as I walked in, I wanted to leave immediately because of the strong smell. It was quite unpleasant and very difficult to tolerate. I have stayed in other hotels’ pet rooms before, but none of them had this level of odor. In addition, the room felt quite old and worn, which added to the overall discomfort. I would not choose to stay here again. The parking lot was also very full, and I noticed that some cars from the neighboring hotel appeared to be parked in this lot as well.

There were very drunk, obnoxious people at the bar bothering guests. Employees were engaging in inappropriate conversation with the drunk patrons. Female bartender was unfriendly. In-room TV didn't work. Only positive was Andrea at the front desk, she was great.
