This beautiful raised first floor apartment in an old building is located directly on the Ems-Jade Canal in Emden. The house is located at the end of a turning area and is right next to a small park. You can reach the lock "Kesselschleuse" and the possibility to rent canoes via an opening footbridge. In summer, the Emden outdoor pool is less than five minutes' walk from the park. The beautiful harbor and Emden city center can also be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.
