The property from the road was cute. But the overall outside appearance was not as portrayed in the pictures. The screened in area was full of leaves, had broken screens and there were two old carpets. Mr. Hussein did call to come by the property at which time he did clean the area and remove the carpets. It appeared that the outdoor shower area had been missed in the cleaning prior to our arrival and was also full of leaves. Our initial thought was that the interior appeared clean, but very dated. Upon further review, the one bathroom had whiskers on the counter and in the decorative dish. The twin bedroom had box springs that needed attention, or at least a bed skirt to hide the appearance. The vacuum could use replacing. I was bothered by the stained pillows when we removed the sheets and pillow cases prior to leaving. We chose the property for its close proximity to other family members who were staying at an oceanfront property. Overall, the house was mostly clean and it could use some TLC. It served its purpose for the week because we spent limited time there. However, we will be choosing a different property for next year.
