Welcome to Periwinkle Cottage! Tucked away on a quiet street in our Oceanside Community this quaint getaway, with it’s large covered front porch and rocking chairs welcomes you.
The main level has a cozy living room with abundant seating, separate dining room open to the kitchen, and three guest rooms. The dining area has seating for all while the kitchen is perfectly stocked for a week’s stay.
The guest room offering a Queen bed shares a large bathroom with the guest room offering a Queen and Twin bed. The additional guest room off the living area is a King bedroom with semi private bathroom. The laundry area is in the bathroom closet for easy access. Each room is decorated in fresh fun colors to ensure a comfortable stay! Upstairs on the top level, you will find the ample king master suite with an extra twin bed loft bed and extra-large bath. The private screened porch off this room is the perfect place to sit with a good book or just enjoy the breeze. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens are laundered in between guests, even the comforters.
While making long-lasting memories at Periwinkle Cottage you will have access to the community pool, bathhouse, beach access, and golf cart parking. The beach access is about a 12-15 minute casual stroll down our tree-lined streets... or an even faster golf cart ride away.
