Whole Home Rental on the Island-perfect location with PRIVATE HEATED POOL!

Welcome to the Flippin' Reward. This is our families personal beach house which we hope will feel like home to you as well! We have the house stocked with everything you should need... JUST BRING CLOTHES & BATHING SUITS. We are situated in the perfect location! We are steps away from the Sound and the public boat access ( there is a great park for the kids attached to the boat access). We are a 3 minute walk to the beach. PLUS we have spent the beginning of the Summer putting in our new heated and cooled pool! Perfect for a family pool day. The house is about a mile away from the hussel and bussel of town so you can enjoy the quiet but close enough to run to the store if you need anything. (or have it delivered. Our Instacart shoppers are excellent on the island) We are a kid friendly house as we have 3 small kids that love this house as well. All of the bathrooms are newly renovated. We hope you treat and love this house as much as our family has! This home has proven to be a perfect place for mult-generational getaway.

Please note that our house is on a steep hill. Anyone with mobility problems please reach out so we can determine if our house is a good fit for you.

Our hosts communication was excellent. The instructions we were given to enter the house and settle in were excellent as well. The house was very clean and well appointed. There were little extras and thoughtful touches that made our stay very pleasant. We had a great time at the beach. Our grandchildren loved the pool and everyone is hoping to come back again next year!

Check in was good. Kitchen was kind of bad, we was cooking our meal and something happened, a fuse was blown, electric went out. Son in Law got it fixed and lights back on. But the mi.cro. wave would not work any more. Made calls to the owner three times but never got an answer from her at all. we made it but a microwave is very useful in the kitchen, the kids were sad that they could not worm up anything. The stairs to this house is very steep, the only way into the house was stairs, not happy with that at all. Our little dog fell down the stairs all the way to the bottom. She was scared the rest of the stay. Would never stay here again...No Help at all the owner.....

This is a very nice house and quite comfortable. It didn’t take us long to feel at home. The pool is wonderful. Great for spending some time after a day at the beach. There is a nice table and chairs and umbrellas and room to relax if you don’t feel like swimming. The kitchen is spacious and we were able to make our meals as a family with multiple cooks. There is a terrific Blackstone grill as well as a regular grill. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are roomy. The second floor deck is the length of the house and a great place to relax. There are quite a number of young children’s toys as well as beach items in the garage. The neighborhood is excellent and towards the end of a dead street. Very quiet. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

Annual Beach Trip

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful beach house. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Nicky was great to work with! Our grandson left his golf clubs and Nicky went out of her way to get them returned to him.

First Emerald Isle Trip

This house was excellent for our family vacation, plenty of room for us, our children and grandchildren, 10 in all.This house is completely stocked with essentials, Beach towels, pool floats, chairs, even the spices in the kitchen cabinet,which was a surprise & great help.The pool was awesome!This home is in a great location and short drives to Restaurants and shopping, and only a short walk to the beach access.This was one trip we truly enjoyed.If we go back, we will definitely try to get this house again.Thanks Nicky..

We enjoy our stay!!

We stayed for 4 days. The house was stocked with a lot of items including toys for the kids. I will say there was a lot of dog hair left all over the house but other than a few unclean areas we had an awesome stay.

Nicky’s place at EI

This property was very clean and well stopped. Nicky was great to communicate and deal with. Very accommodating. The property was a little bit further away from the beach than the listing displayed, but we rented a golf cart and made it work. We enjoyed the pool and home and cooked a lot. Family Birthday

Our stay at Emerald Isle was great. I have never been in a property that was so well stocked with toys and games and food and beach toys. You literally do not need to bring beach stuff. It was extremely hot during our stay and the pool was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

My husband and I took our 3 adult children and 4 young grandchildren for a 4 day beach vacation. This house could not have been more perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and all the pool toys. The beach is a short walk away and everything was provided including wagons to haul the chairs, towels and tent. Thank you for making our vacation a success. We will definitely look to come back!!

Perfect home, especially for children.

This house is perfect! Very clean and a great layout, we’ve already discussed coming back with my sister-in-law and her family. There’s plenty of room for her family to sleep on the lower portion very comfortably and us on the upper. The pool is beautiful and refreshing, it receives sun all day and there’s an outdoor couch that’s perfectly placed in shade. One of the best playgrounds is only a short walking distance away and beach access across the main road was also a quick walk. We would love to come visit again and highly recommend you book this home. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach.

My favorite new part of the outer banks

After our week here, I think this is now my favorite new part of the outer banks. The house is a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and a great aquarium. The pool is beautiful.

Family time away from busy adult lives

Thank you for sharing your home with our family. Everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy a completely stress free family time was provided, including bed linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, as well as items we did not realize we needed. The beds were comfortable, the home was very clean and well appointed. The walk to the beach was easy, even for our seniors and our younger adults spent every afternoon and evening enjoying the wonderful pool.

Beautiful home, wonderful host, everything you need!

Our first trip to Emerald Isle and we lucked out! This home is beautiful with lots of space and everything you’ll need (including little things you may have forgotten at home!). Newly renovated and very clean and fresh. Having a pool was so nice, a little warm given the high outside temps which we fixed with the large poolside umbrella and some ice! Location worked well. Short walk to beach and short drive to groceries, food, and the pier! Thanks for making our stay so nice and relaxing!
