We arrived late, having booked online for a quick overnight stay on a road trip to unwind and take a swim. Disappointed when we got there to find the elevator and pool were both out of commission. I had an injured foot so stairs weren’t ideal (we were offered a handicap accessible room, but did not feel that was necessary to take from someone else who may need it more). Went up the stairs to our room, open the door and there is a large stain across the floor and up onto the bedding. We immediately called the front desk and he was very accommodating in moving us to another room right away, which was clean and worked well for us. Generally in our travels we have found Country Inn and Suites to be more reliable than this experience.

It's a solid 4 stars. Adequate hotel for the price. It's clean, calking around the tub was done by someone who has no clue how to do it. When the coffee runs out at breakfast you have to wait until they brew another.

It was a very well maintained property. When I checked in I was told that a $50.00 charge for “incidentals” was added to my credit card. When I checked out, I looked at my receipt and there was nothing on there that said I paid $50.00. I asked the lady that checked me out and she was clueless- she spoke very little English and couldn’t understand what I was talking about. So as it stands now I don’t know if I have been charged $50.00 at a place that has nothing to buy. What a scam!

The room was a little outdated and bed was not comfortable. We booked mainly because of the pictures showing no carpet on the floor but turned out to be old carpet. However Staff was friendly.

We booked this hotel because there was a pool. It turns out the pool wasn't open and the elevator wasn't working so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. I am sick of hotels that advertise amenities and then don't have them. It is easy to put a mention that facilities are out of order. We travel between Florida and Canada frequently and will be avoiding the Country Inn and Suites brand.

Easy access to the highway, different restaurants, and shopping, which was Walmart. Also what I would like to see is to have up-to-date furniture in each room that would be real nice. What I enjoy about the room You guys did have microwave an a refrigerator that was amazing.
