Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was nice, attentive to our needs and the breakfast was amazing. (Probably the best breakfast i've had at a hotel)

The shower was missing the towel bar and the bottom piece holding the glass in place was loose. The bottom of the door was coming off. There were chew marks on the vanity and entertainment center from what looked like a dog.
