Property is in very poor condition. Looks like a seedy motel on the exterior and while they did some updates to the room it was still dirty. Black mold on the shower curtain along with someone’s hair. Floors were not mopped, corners all dirty. Def not a 7.8 like Expedia rated. More like a 1.8. Went to the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. That was very good but patrons inside told us the place was a well known drug spot and dangerous. We should be very careful if we continued to stay that night. Needless to say after driving for 18 hrs we had no choice as there was no availability at nearby hotels. One and done is an understatement. I was also not aware that Quality Inns are independently owned and do not have to adhere to the standards like other hotel chains.

The night clerk was welcoming said he would make coffee at 5 AM as we were leaving in the morning. Got to our room which was nice except smelled like cigarette smoke throughout. At 5:15 AM went to office no coffee as promised and I yell to night clerk who was sleeping in the back. I woke him and told of our complaint. He did nothing said he'd pass it on to manager. Should be reimbursed as it was supposed to be smoke free. Husband has asthma and couldn't sleep. Not happy!

if you wanted to know where serial killers would would seek refuge, it would be this place. dirty sheets, bugs and broken lamps. Terrible place would rather sleep on the side of the road.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel definitely needed upgrading, they were even doing work to the outside of one of the buildings. Interior needed upgrading also as some drywall needed work. The hotel was right off of the highway so it was convenient. All in all it was comfortable and convenient.

Reasonably priced and clean.

Hotel is reasonably priced, clean, well lit at night, close to restaurants, stores and gas station convenience stores. Easy to get to. Right off I95. Good place to stay when traveling and in need of a good place to sleep. Front desk personnel are nice and polite. One of them is cute too. Just putting that out there. Sorry! Had to say it.
