My only complaint is it was a little musky in the room, but didn’t take long to go away once the ac was turned on. We had a king bed with sofa bed. They didn’t provide the sheets and blanket for the sofa bed. There were 3 of us. I think that should already be in the room or provide at check in.

The first room had a terrible smell. Also, the toilet didn’t flush. So, they changed rooms. I don’t know how it was possible, but the second room had worse problems than the first. The shower was black with a filthy mess on the tub. The refrigerator had a putrid smell. The room smells awful. I went to the front desk and complained again. I wanted a refund, and I was not going to stay there. They said a refund was impossible. So, I packed up and found another place to stay. I lost time, money and was completely exhausted and frustrated with the whole situation. I will never forget that experience. WORST Customer Service experience ever!!!!!!!

The air conditioner seemed as if it was going out. At times it would not blow out any cold air,I had to mess with control panel to get it to come back on. My husband and I had to do this several times through the night because the room would get very hot.
