Mi experiencia fue terrible iba a pasar la navidad con mi familia y nunca me informaron que el hotel estaba en remodelación. Empezando por estar completamente cerrada el área del ruftop y la piscina que era lo que me llevó a elegir ese hotel. El estacionamiento también en construcción la Gerente del hotel me dio un trato pésimo la habitación súper pequeña la regadera no funcionaba se salía toda el agua, las camas muy duras las almohadas con fundas sucias olían muy mal. Y de vista sólo tenía la construcción y montañas de tierra. Lamentablemente por las fechas no encontré otro lugar para irme pero fue muy frustrante y muy mala experiencia tratándose de la cadena Hilton que para mí era comodidad asegurada.
Estoy muy inconforme si me hubieran informado de su remodelación, hubiera decidido cambiar de hotel por que la reserva la hice con meses de anticipación. No sé cómo puedan compensar esta mala experiencia y sobretodo que era navidad. Lamento terriblemente que me halla pasado tenía ilusión por pasar unos días felices y agradables y fue todo lo contrario. Lo único que si rescato es todo el personal con su trato estupendo. A excepción de la gerente que sinceramente debieran pensar en cambiar, ya que es la encargada de dar su imagen y la Sra tiene todo menos buena actitud y cero trato al cliente.
Espero alguna respuesta ya que sigo muy frustrada y triste por la mala experiencia gracias.

Nice view from room but positive remarks end there. (a) the pool is closed and no beach (b) rude receptionist (c) breakfast is supposed to be free-- but they charge for over 2 persons and the meat/vegetables. (d) the parking garage is dangerous and unfinished (e) none of the staff speak English (f) the mini fridge sounds like a motorboat (g) there is no safe exit to the main road. Do not reccomend!

The hotel was clean with nice people. However with the roof pool, restaurant closed, it was really only a place to sleep.

I like the cleaness and the safety of the place. I did not like that the terrace and the pool are was closed due to construction.
