Everything was clean and fresh. Very impressed with staff ..... however there was an ice storm the night we were there and the next morning no one salted the parking lot at all. Very unsafe.

Room was very clean, always gave kids apples, and close to everything! With that said, the pool heater was broken so it was cold for the kids (didn’t stop them from swimming) and put on the first floor. If you like sleep, asked to be on the second or third floor as the first has dogs.

Yes and yes. What stood out? The staff made us feel completely at home. Thanksgiving can be stressful, yet we felt completely at home. Our suite felt easy to navigate and clean and comfortable. Our dog was also made to feel right at home. WE visit family in the area often. This will be our go-to place next time.

The room was clean, well-stocked and very inviting. The beds were so soft and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! I really appreciated the variety. Kylie and the red-haired girl was so nice! They both went above and beyond to accommodate our little family. They smiled every time you walked past the desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends based on the aforementioned. My only issue was with the young lady working 11/16, night shift. I was having issues getting into the pool area, so I went to the front desk for assistance. Found out you have to lift the handle, not push it down. Jokes on me. After being super bubbly with the couple that was checking in, she just gave me the dead stare like what do you want and answered my question as though I was bothering her. My husband had a similar experience when asking for late checkout. It was just my husband, myself and our 8-year-old well behaved daughter. What did we do wrong???
