Hele vriendelijke eigenaren die eigenlijk op hetzelfde domein wonen. Maar ondanks dat, zie of hoor je ze zelden of nooit. Je kon bij ze terecht wanneer nodig en met al je vragen. Een prachtige woning met alles wat maar nodig was. Het enige wat wij misschien wel gemist hebben was een diepvries. Maar dat is gewoon even wennen en errond werken. Prachtige streek en veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt! Zeker de moeite waard om terug te keren.

Fijne accommodatie gelegen aan een rustige weg. Behoudens een vriezer is alles aanwezig wat nodig is in een vakantiehuisje. Wel zelf beddengoed meenemen. Wat erg attent was, was dat er bij aankomst een stapel crêpes klaar lag en een welkom pakket met drinken. Een andere leuke bijkomstigheid is dat je je eigen groente en broodresten als voer mag geven aan de kippen.

Een heel mooi huis met een prachtige tuin met vijver en petanqueveld. Het overdekt terras met barbecue is heel aangenaam. Het huis heeft een zeer goede ligging. Het is slechts een half uur rijden naar de Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo en Dinan. Dol-de-Bretagne ligt vlakbij en is ook de moeite waard. We werden gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenares. Er stonden Bretoense pannenkoeken, verse eieren en bier voor ons klaar. Een aanrader!

Tout y est confortable et accueillant. Rien ne manque!! La vue est imprenable, rien de tel que de prendre le petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et diner en terrasse dans le calme , les fleurs et la verdure de cette belle maison. Magnifique propriété !! Excellent séjour.

Les propriétaires sont accueillants et bienveillants avec des petites attentions qui font plaisirs. La propriété est très bien entretenue et sa situation est parfaite pour visiter les différentes villes : Dinan, Dinard Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel etc...Mon fils a pu profité du lac de pêche situé dans la propriété.

Bij aankomst zijn wij vriendelijk ontvangen en de pannenkoeken stonden klaar. Het huis en de tuin zijn zeer goed onderhouden en zien er keurig uit, alles is in huis aanwezig. In het dorp is maar 1 bakker maar die gaat pas om 8:30 open. Op een kleine 7 km rijden naar Dol de Bretagne heb je meer keus een van de bakkers daar gaat om 6:40 open. De omgeving bv. Mont Saint Michel of Sint Malo liggen op 30/40 km rijden. Wij hebben van de eigenaar van het huis ook nog een aantal leuke plaatsen gekregen die de moeite waard waren om te bezoeken. Wij hebben het er goed naar ons zin gehad. Het is een aanrader voor iedereen.

Geweldige ontvangst door de eigenaren, zelfs de pannenkoeken stonden voor ons klaar. Vriendelijke mensen, maar spraken alleen Frans. Google translate was dus een hele uitvinding. De woning was voor ons gewoon een paleisje. Volledig ingericht, heel ruim en uitermate schoon. Prachtig uitzicht op de enorme tuin met een eigen visvijver. Groot terras met diverse zitjes en een gedeelte overdekt met ingebouwde barbecue. Omgeving is prachtig, maar eigenlijk hoef je bij dit huis niet weg te gaan want het was daar alle dagen genieten. Ook de natuur in de tuin zelf was prachtig en hebben veel eekhoorns, vogels, uilen, hagedissen, kikkers en zelfs een paar herten daar op visite gehad.

Het huis is perfect! Ruim, zeer schoon en erg luxe. Het is gelegen net buiten het dorpje Epiniac aan een rustige weg waar af en toe wat landbouwverkeer voorbij komt. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk, spreken zoals de meeste Fransen geen Engels, maar zijn zeer gastvrij. Ze wonen naast het huis, maar bemoeien zich verder niet met je. Ze zijn echter wel bereikbaar en vriendelijk in de omgang. Het huis is een prima uitvalbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne en Cancale liggen allemaal in de buurt en zijn een bezoek meer dan waard. Voor de visliefhebbers ligt er ook nog een vijver voor de deur waar gratis gebruik van kan worden gemaakt. De hond mocht ook mee. Tuin is echter niet omheind. De vijver zit vol met voorns. We hebben ons zeer vermaakt!
