The property is a large, clean apartment with one bedroom. There is a king-sized bed as well as a king-sized sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor location is tucked away from the road in a quiet neighborhood 10-15 minute walk from the Altstadt. The bathroom is large with a shower/tub and washing machine. Bring your own shampoo but count on plenty of towels and blankets there. Our only hitch was that there was no Wifi although it was in the listing - a challenge when trying to juggle work.

Lage gut. Sauberkeit mittelmäßig. Einrichtung Küchenzubehör nicht ausreichend.Zustand Wohnung mittelmäßig. Kein Internetzugang. Kein funktionsfähiger Fernseher. Sehr negativ war, dass Vermieter nicht zu erreichen war.Nicht per Handy, Festnetztelefon und reagierte auch nicht auf Mails.

Erfurt in 3 Tagen (mit Kindern)

Die Wohnung ist groß, für 4 Personen super und hat eine gute Lage. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum. Einziger Negativpunkt war, daher nur 4 Sterne für Komfort, dass der Satellitenreceiver kaum Sender gezeigt hat. So blieb der Fernseher aus. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung eine Top-Ausstattung mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, grosser Küche und Bad.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schôn,Die Matratzen waren auch sehr gut,aber insgesamt könnte die Wohnung sauberer sein.sehr staubig in den Ecken überall Spinnweben,der Badvorhang könnte erneuert werden oder Mal gewaschen werden,in der Küche hatten Pads für die Spülmaschine gefehlt,keine Eierbecher und keine Salatschüssel waren da.es ist sehr ruhig dort,ist ein schöner großer Garten dabei,die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.Man muss die Parkplätze im Innenhof mieten,weil vor dem Haus hat man keine Chance einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger und zentraler Lage

Der Vermieter hat uns spontan ausgeholfen, da unser eigentlich gemietetes Apartment nicht zur Verfügung stand. Wir sind ihm sehr dankbar!!!! Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Größe, ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Was uns fehlte, waren ein paar Details. Wir waren zum Beispiel zu dritt, es gab aber nur Handtücher für 2. Aber da wir nur eine Nacht blieben und alle so sehr spontan lief, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört.
