Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is located 10 minutes from downtown Quimper, 5 minutes from the shopping areas of Gourvily and Creac'h Gwen, and 20 minutes from the beaches.
The warm and modern interior will charm you. With three bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm hotel-quality bed, your nights will be restful. The fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the dining area and living room, invites convivial moments and gourmet experiences.
The veranda and enclosed garden create a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Everything you need for comfort is provided. The kitchen includes all essential appliances, from a toaster to a coffee machine with included pods. To ease your daily life, you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, and iron. Wi-Fi, TV, and audio equipment ensure seamless entertainment.
Basic products such as soap, bed linens, towels, household linens, salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, and sugar are included. For families, a travel crib, baby bathtub, and high chair are available upon request no later than the day before arrival (optional, €10 per stay per item).
Your arrival is autonomous, thanks to a key box, allowing maximum flexibility.
You also have the option to arrive earlier or leave later for a fee of 10 euros per hour, upon request no later than the day before.
