We liked everything except getting billed for 2 days when we only stayed 1 day called to request my money back front desk said she would have manager call me in a couple days that to me is unexceptable and we will never stay in another one of their hotels ever again

Definitely a chaotic place with all the families! Appears to be a newer facility yet needs updating. Convenience at Splash Lagoon is the only positive I'd say

Staff was friendly, pool/hot tub area very nice. TV didn't work correctly with the remote, burned out lights, kitchen sink leaking ...a lot...had to put a bucket underneath. Maintenance worker was unable to fix the problem. Telephone only worked if the cord was held in a particular direction.
