No air conditioning in the room and it was very hot

Quiet stay
Posted May 27, 2023 on HotelsThe hotel was very clean and in a cute town. The room and bathroom were a good size. The breakfast was good as well.
The room does not have air conditioning. Since I was there in May, it was fine because the windows could be opened. However, if you are used to air conditioning, it would be challenging in the summer months. It was very quiet overnight and I liked that my room had a balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
I would stay here again but not during the hot months as I prefer a room with air conditioning.

Hotel did not have options for dinner when we checked in. No climate control made that the room was quite hot. Breakfast was ok but not great. Overall value not great.

Thank you for you evaluation.
1) Our Hotel has no airco, this is mentioned in our description of our Hotel
2) Due to the Covid-19 restrictions in Luxemburg, we’re, unfortunately quit limited regarding our “Buffet” for the breakfast as we do have to pre-portion all our different products – A direct Inquiry, we would have brought everything you needed!
3) Our restaurant was fully booked, you didn’t made reservation in advance (what would have been necessary!)

Come for the amazing food!
Posted Jun. 26, 2017 on HotelsWe can not say enough about the amazing food at this hotel! We felt like applauding every time they brought a new course. The town itself did not have a lot to do. We were impacted by the hot temperatures- no air conditioning, but they loaned us a fan.

Pros: The warm bathroom floor
Cons: Their breakfast was mean with items not not refilled and coffee not fresh
Location: Handy location for a day trip to the city
Staff not unfriendly but not welcoming either. Restaurant staff rude when we asked for tap water and served everyone else first after that. Dinner took 1.5 hrs due to slow service. Expensive for average food.

Posted Oct. 11, 2016 on WotifGorgeous countryside. Skip the overpriced restaurant. No menu options for tired travelers looking for a light meal - and sloooow service where late comers were given their elaborate courses before us.
Hard beds.
Thin pillows replaced when asked but no sign of 'pillow menu'.
Good breakfast included.
