This charming 120 m² house in Erquy, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 350 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: single bed.
- Shower room with WC.

For added convenience: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 350 m² garden and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, close to the sailors' chapel (a listed monument in Brittany's cultural heritage inventory). You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
