We offer, in Erquy, this charming house of character to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 140 m ² and being able to accomodate until 9 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m² (with fireplace), a separate equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A living room of 30 m² with a fireplace (wood provided), a television, a sitting area and a dining area
- A separate kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 : One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Room 3 : A double bed (140×190)
- Room 4: A single bed and a bunk bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of about 2 000 m².
- A south facing terrace protected by stone walls with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Belle maison idéalement située

La maison est spacieuse, relativement bien équipée. La terrasse est très agréable pour prendre l'apéro. La proximité avec la plage et le centre ville d'Erquy accesibles à pieds est très agréable. Les chambres à l'étage ne sont pas très bien isolées phoniquement du salon, ce qui fait qu'on entendait nos amis qui discutaient en bas lorsque nous montions nous coucher. Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour.

Interesting, but cumbersome agent

The old house is a pleasure to stay in. However booking the house was cumbersome and we have encountered some issues with the rental agent.
