Tous les jours, quel que soit le temps nous avons profité de promenades le long du GR34, du CAP FREHEL, du CAP D'ERQUY, de PLENEUF VAL ANDRE ainsi que de toute la côte sauvage.... Super séjour

Tres belle vue. Appartement très sympa et fonctionnel. Mais ,canapé inacceptable ( a jeter) Télévisions ne fonctionnent pas ( câblages antenne à revoir ) et lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. Nous réclamons une remise financière pour les problèmes rencontrés. Les mêmes remarques avaient rejeté été mentionnées il y a un an par d autres locataires et rien n a change

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, propre. Rien ne manquait au sujet de la vaisselle, casseroles, grill pain, cafetière senseo et nespresso. Facilité pour le linge, machine à laver, sèche linge, fer à repasser etc.....vue mer exceptionnel.

Superbes couchers de soleil, vue sur les activités nautiques, le port et la plage. On ne s'ennuie jamais, il y a toujours quelque à voir. Très propre et fonctionnel. On a apprécié de pouvoir laisser les chaussures et le sable au pied de l'escalier. Nombreux placards. Cuisine pratique. Revêtements refaits récemment. Bons matelas. On n'a pas entendu les voisins du dessous. Bémol : le canapé est très bas et très mou. Avec un meilleur salon, l'appartement serait parfait.

Gite excellent, gérant parfait MAIS il est inadmissible que Book&Pay encaisse le montant du dépôt de garantie 3 jours avant le début de la location, sans information préalable, alors qu'il dispose de l'empreinte carte bleue. Je ne réserverai plus via ABRITEL et vais largement communiquer à ce sujet autour de moi, et auprès de mon association de consommateurs.
