Esperance = decevant
Publié le 18 nov. 2019 sur HotelsNous avons louer un chalet super sympa au premier abord mais il n etait pas nettoye il y avait du sable sur un des deux lits individuel, la plupart des meubles sont tres abimes... Nous sommes restes trois nuits et jamais personne n est venu pour fournir la salle de bain ou les sachets de the cafe ou sucre... alors que tous les autres logements le faisaient alors que leurs tarifs etaient bien moins eleves! parc national a environ 80km plages superbes et humains ennuyants les wallabies, le pink lake n est plus rose depuis longtemps.

We are pleased to hear you found your accommodation to be nice on your arrival.
We do not offer daily room service here so this is why your room was not cleaned during your stay and the complementary tea, coffee and sugar was not topped up. I am sorry you were not totally happy with this, we do not advertise that we service rooms.
If you had come to the office we would have been able to explain this to you rather than you leaving disappointed.

Love this place, the cabin is super clean and spacious. It makes me feel like home. The staffs are also great.
The only minor problem I encountered was, one of the washing machine was broken. I did not realize it until I insert my $4 into the machine. During that time, the office has closed, so I could not reach out to the staffs.
Knowing how friendly the staffs are, if it was not after hours, I'm sure they would have refunded me without questions
Overall, I love this place, it makes me feel at home

What a wonderful experience. Such a clean chalet and had absolutely everything we needed. A return trip is on the cards for sure.. to Esperance AND Esperance Bay Holiday Park
