Our townhouse is in the centre of Esperance, within walking/cycling distance from skatepark, cafe`s, shops & restaurants.



Come and explore Esperance from this great location. Short walk to foreshore and centre of town.



All linen is supplied for this home but we do not supply beach towels.



The property is well-equipped to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. It features three well-sized bedrooms and fresh linen. The open-plan living and dining area is ideal for unwinding, with plenty of natural light and a relaxed coastal feel.



The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. The bathroom is clean and functional and there’s a separate laundry with a washing machine for added convenience.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private, sheltered area—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. A secure carport is also available, with space to store bikes, boards, or fishing gear.



Whether visiting to explore or simply unwind, the property offers everything needed for a restful and enjoyable stay.



You’ll have the whole place to yourself – enjoy full access to the home during your stay for your comfort and convenience.

We`re available by phone or message if you need anything during your stay, but we also respect your privacy.



Esperance does not have public transport but the unit is centrally located so within walking distance to town central and some great restaurants and hotels. Great beaches to explore within minutes from the unit.



Previously managed by a local team, this home is now personally hosted by us again. That’s why you may notice a gap in recent reviews, but the quality and comfort remain the same.

Everything was just as in the photos. The place was absolutely spotless throughout. The linen is good quality. The beds are comfortable too. Plenty of spare bedlinen if required. Nothing negative to say at all. It is in a good position regarding beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Happy stay in Esperance.

Was clean and tidy with lots of room to move about. Nice location close to shops and beachfront. Good communication with Leanne who sorted out any requests immediately. We enjoyed our first stay in this region Immensely . Hope to return again one day ?

Beautiful house but misleading advertising

We have stayed at this property before and loved it so we decided to book it again. On Stayz they showed photos of the 2 story property we had stayed in and we booked it as we were taking guests to Esperance with us and thought they could have the upstairs with a view. There was also 4 adults and a toddler so we needed the 2 bathrooms. On arrival we realized we had been put in unit 2, a single story with only 1 bathroom! I called the owner who at first just blamed me booking the wrong house and then blamed Stayz and claimed it had nothing to do with her. She said if I had booked the 2 story house I would have paid much more and that I obviously booked the smaller house. It was a public holiday so we were stuck with what we had been given unfortunately. The next day we went to make breakfast to find the frying pan had lost all of its non stick coating and was rusting, the cutlery hadn't been cleaned and utensils were completely covered in oil and had not been cleaned at all. I messaged the owner and she came and dropped off new utensils and a frying pan for us. The house is nice in a great location and overall a ok place to stay however it is poorly managed and advertised incorrectly. We would never stay there again and we suggest if you are looking at this property double check which house you are booking.

This property was very appropriate for our stay, walking distance to resturants and town and centre to all the attractions we just loved it was quiet and very accommidating just what we all needed for a well earned break, if anything the photos dont do it justice its modern and well kept thankyou for the lovely time we had, we will be back for sure.

Very clean and well located

Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights close to the Esplanade for a walk just out the back laneway. This is a unit rather than a house which I didn't pick up when booking but worked out fine.
