We spent a lot of money for what VRBO advertised as a luxury condo. The photos were way out of date and showed a not too bad looking condo. Being there was another story. Mould round bath tub, round base of toilet and bidet. Kitchen cupboards and draws with broken edging or missing and peeling off.We had to buy cutlery because they were rusty and looked to have old food particles stuck to them. plaster falling off walls, hall light fixture hanging down loose, broken and badly damaged closet doors, general cleanliness was disgusting. Light switches, door handles, A.C. Remote controls were filthy, dining table falling apart, dining chairs all damaged with the plastic either missing or peeling. walls were dirty, Broken bed, furniture old and very uncomfortable. We told the agent we were not happy and asked for other accommodations, she was not forthcoming so we found somewhere else to Stay the best part of a month. We put in a complaint with Novasol the booking agency, even with photos they said tough luck we were not getting any money back. We have lots of photos for anyone to see and to show this condo is not what it's advertised as. V.R.B.O. You caused us to lose, what is for us a lot of money being on a fixed income by advertising this property as luxury accommodation. I doubt very much you will post this review, so we will post on other sites with photos if you do not post this.This in our opinion this is false advertising of this property and you should be ashamed.
