Golden Palm, Townhouse in Sunset Golf

This three bedroom townhouse is located in the beautiful resort of Sunset Golf in Estepona. The clubhouse, bar and restaurant are just a 500m stroll away. The beaches of Playa Los Granados and Playa de Guadalmina are just 2km away. The secure, gated complex has security at the entrance (From 11am to 12am), a large communal lagoon shaped swimming pool and extensive communal gardens with water features and grassed areas. The house offers free WIFI, hot and cold vented AC, shutters in the bedrooms and a private garage.



The townhouse is arranged over four levels with access by stairs from the garage. (Also ramp or stairs access from the street) Access the house into the open plan living area. The lounge area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a 49" Smart TV. There is a dining seating area to accommodate six people. The lounge leads out onto the south facing terrace offering wonderful views over the golf course to the sea and Gibraltar. Leading off the living room is the guest bedroom, which is furnished with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has access onto the terrace. The guest shower room is located next to the guest bedroom. The separate kitchen is well equipped.

Just off the entrance hall is the staircase that takes you up to the spacious roof terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the sea, Gibraltar, and the pool and complex. The roof terrace offers a lounge and dining seating area.



Head down the wooden staircase where you will find two further bedrooms, including the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, a fitted wardrobe area and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, a separate shower cubicle and double sinks. The guest bedroom benefits from twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a 42" smart TV. This bedroom enjoys an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious shared terrace, offering stunning golf and sea views. The terrace is equipped with two sun loungers and a comfortable lounge seating area. From the bedroom hallway, take the stairs down to find the private garage.
