This stunning 2 bedroom apartment is in the brand new Infinity building. It is a spectacular building of elegant design. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the beautiful old town of Estepona. Infinity has amazing facilities with a roof top infinity pool, sundeck, sunbeds, and outside roof-top dining area, underground parking, a gym and a sauna.
On the first floor, facing East, this beautiful apartment has just been completely renovated and furnished to a very high standard. It is fully equipped for a home stay; the interior is over 80 sq. meters.
It has a medium size terrace with a dining area for 4 persons, it is very private and has a lovely view towards the mountains and the old town of Estepona.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles. Both are furnished to an exceptional standard with comfy beds, and have ample wardrobe space.
The apartment sleeps 4 adults and has 2 bathrooms, one of them is en-suite with a bath, the second bathroom has a walk in shower. The bathrooms are furnished with top quality tiling and fittings.
The ultra-modern new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and a filter coffee maker. There is also a washing machine.
On the roof up on the 8th floor, there is a large infinity pool with stunning views to the sea and across the whole town. It is wheelchair accessible.
There are many sunbeds to enjoy the sun all day long as well as a tables and chairs so you can enjoy a picnic on the roof.
Additionally, there are lifts in the building that go from the garage level (we have our own underground parking) straight up to the apartment.
Located in the heart of Estepona, it’s a few minute’s walk to the beach and Estepona old town, with its lovely cobbled streets and its many shops, cafes and restaurants.
For this property you do not need a car as everything is accessible and within reach.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga can be reached in 50 minutes.

Please remove rubbish daily to avoid insects and on departure,. Please separate glass, plastic and organic & recycle.
Please be quiet after 10pm.
