The beach is a mere 50 metres away and there is a variety of restaurants, bars and shops a short walk away. The foreign owners of property above do not rent the property out and they use very it infrequently throughout the year. So it is very unlikely that you will be overlooked. The ground floor has its own covered terrace and private garden. Guests are free to use all the garden furniture and BBQ. Should guests wish to sunbathe by the pool there are further loungers their which they can use. For guests looking to work while they are away, there are also two workspaces set up in the large living space. This apartment is managed exclusively by Anda Homes, one of the Costa Del Sol's leading property management companies. Nice property, Professionally managed, Good location and convenient access the beach. Minor issues to be dealt with sharpen kitchen cutlery was required and arrangement for beed sheets in longer stays should be provided.Highly recommended nonetheless.
Marvellous property and location. Stayed 5 weeks and would do so again. Nice garden area leading to pool. The Chiringuita around the corner on the beach is excellent, as are the other local amenities all close by. Robin Hood good family pub too.

House was excellent, a few more pots and pans in the kitchen for a long stay like this would be useful.
