The bright and elegantly furnished living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, offering a welcoming atmosphere with direct access to the large terrace, where a marvellous panoramic view of the sea can be enjoyed. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a private hand-basin and shower with WC, as well as its own access to the terrace. The second bedroom features 1 french bed composed of 2 x 90 cm, with a length of 180 cm, and also benefits from direct terrace access. A separate bath with WC completes the bathroom provision of the apartment. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, while natural stone floors and floor heating add a refined and comfortable touch throughout the entire apartment. The large terrace, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, provides an exceptional outdoor living space with sweeping sea views.
