This cute place was in a great location! 2 minutes from the RMNP entrance. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the reclining loveseat was super comfortable. Loved drinking my coffee right outside alongside the river each day. Great water pressure. We would stay here again for our next trip.

Perfect room for a couple:) Checkin with code was so easy! Kitchen was well stocked with extras to help with food prep. Loved the river and seating beside it! Very clean. Bathroom nice size for 2. Will stay again and highly recommend! Had a Majestic Elk visitor our first morning! It was so exciting!

Perfect Estes Park stay

This was the perfect place for us for our stay in Estes Park! Well maintained, absolutely beautiful and peaceful location on Fall River just outside town. Although the kitchen lacked a bit in number of dishes, it was fine for just two people. Highly recommend it!

Cozy chalet by the stream

This was the perfect little spot. Peaceful, quiet, with a great view right along the stream. But very convenient just a few minutes from town. Also conveniently located to explore the Rocky Mountains. The room was clean and well maintained and requesting more supplies was extremely easy on the website. We loved it and would definitely return in the future!

Possibly best stay EVER!

We absolutely loved this stay. We are older and have been on many vacations. We seldom, if ever, have wanted to repeat a stay. THIS stay we will do again. The setting was beautiful, the accommodations better than pictured, reception desk very helpful. All great. Thank you for your careful attention to detail!!

Great Getaway Spot

The location is great and the unit had everything we needed. Super comfortable bed which is important to me at a Vrbo. We grilled salmon one evening and enjoyed the river as we ate. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
