Great views. Convenient location for access to RMNP. Grill and HD TV were nice touches. Layout is convenient for a family with everyone having some space. Not all windows opened and cabinets/carpet showing some age, but comfortable enough for a landing spot for all Estes and RMNP have to offer.
We loved the scenery looking out the living room windows seeing the mountains and sun rise! Looking out the back door was pretty neat also! Loved our stay!
great views - a little outdated home - too many stairs to get to top floor (was exhausting climbing over & over - needs more parking spots! otherwise was ok. expected nicer for the $ I paid though.
Very clean, conveniently located. We enjoyed being away from the craziness of downtown, but just a short drive from everything we needed. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a group of 5 adults.
We loved the location, thought the place was clean but it was quite dated with a good degree of wear showing in a lot of areas. Awesome views and overall a great time. Style and decor are the only downsides at 3 stars but the rest was 5 stars.
Pillows were very flat. Beds very hard. Living room furniture dated and a tear in the chair. But the location was great. We saw elk on the property every day. Itâs roomy and fun.
Located halfway between the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and the city of Estes Park. Beautiful scenery. A few more steps than we realized as it had 3 levels. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. It also had a garage that came in handy during the hail storm. Great accommodation.
We stayed here for only 3 nights and I wish it could have been more. The condo was super easy to find in a perfect Mountain side neighborhood, with wild turkeys, elk and bears roaming around on the hillside right by the condo. It was so close to RMNP which was exactly what we wanted. Estes Park is absolutely adorable too. We ordered our groceries online for a quick pickup so we didnât have to waste time shopping and we were able to cook easily in the well stocked kitchen. The condo does need some new carpet just in side the front door but it was really the only place that I noticed. I would also say it might be time to replace the caulk around the tub it was a little mildewy. The biggest thing for us is that we didnât realize there wasnât AC which Iâm sure normally is fine but it was unseasonably warm while we were there. Nonetheless once we realized this we just opened all the windows and it was perfect sleeping conditions. Thanks for a great stay, we would absolutely book again.
This house was clean and well equipped. All the appliances worked and were clean. Some of the furniture could use a bit of TLC. but overall it was in good shape. The road to the home has tight curves and elevation, very manageable in the summer but you will definitely a 4wheel drive in the winter. We had a great time there and enjoyed our stay very much.
The view from the front and back decks is spectacular and closeness to Rocky Mountain Park can't be beat. One morning we saw deer from the back porch. The property was very disappointing inside. Dated furniture wouldn't disappoint me but this cabin ranges from dated to decrepit with the upholstery on the chair in the living room torn, the ceiling in the dining room having patches of acoustical covering missing (evidence of a previous or current water leak), weather stripping on doors is coming off etc. and the downstairs carpet is beyond worn. Regular maintenance/cleaning was lacking - light in the master bath out, entire place was dusty and the windows were filthy. All that being said the place is large and was comfortable (kitchen is a bit small). Not having a garage door opener made using the garage cumbersome as homeowner and Vacasa ask for no shoes in the house so you have to park car in the driveway, go upstairs and open the front door, take of your shoes, go downstairs, open the garage door from inside and let the driver pull the car in (to leave you have to reverse this process or run out under the closing garage door). Vacasa also misrepresented the availability of the barbecue stating that it was on the private back patio when it was actually down in the garage with no easy way to get it to the back patio. Overall for the price charged for this home it was underwhelming and I'm sure there is better value for your money in Estes Park.
Wonderful location on the edge of town close to RMNP
This is a wonderful condo in a quiet setting with great views. It is just a couple of miles to the RMNP Fall River Entrance and is a perfect location if you will be spending your vacation in the park.
My wife and I stayed there by ourselves and it was perfect for us but it is big enough to work well for a family.
This three bedroom property is located about 2 miles from the entrance to RMNP and about the same distance from downtown Estes. The unit is spacious with incredible views. Anyone would appreciate the quiet and the views! The living offers comfortable seating and all the beds were firm with nice sheets. The upstairs room, with the twin beds, were perfect for our grandchildren. The kitchen had adequate utensils and was easy for cooking. Dining room table was able to seat our group of six. The unit was very clean. We missed having a working grill and garage door opener. We enjoyed the Big Rec poster! And would like to offer thanks to some fellow Nebraskans!đ
Itâs very close to Rocky Mountain national park, approx 2 miles. Just a heads up that it doesnât have air conditioning. It gets warm during the day in the house but as the sun goes down you can open the windows to cool off. Beautiful view.
Snowfall first night and worked with the condo staff to get us up the hill (hard to find numbers). Absolutely gorgeous views and fun climbs (even in backyard!). So grateful for the cleanliness and the welcoming state of the condo (there was a poster from Lincoln NE - where we are from! Cool!)
Didnât have enough washer pods but very grateful for the coffee pot. :) Thanks for everything!
The location was awesome. The unit had everything you needed and VERY spacious. If you are into more of a new modern unit, this is not for you. If you like nostalgia- this is for you!
Do it!
This isn't a fancy condo with lots of amenities, but as a landing pad at the end of a fun day outside, this worked great for our family of 4. The location is great- amazing views of the mountains, close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, and on a quiet private drive. The condo could use updating but there were lots of clean towels, comfortable beds, and a kitchen stocked with the basics. **The maintenance team was trying to manage it, but we had mice in the condo. We called and daily they came and emptied and reset traps. We did not appreciate our uninvited guests!
