This renovated two-story, 1200 sf condo delivers 2 spacious bedrooms. The Castle Mountain BR has a King size Memory Foam mattress and the Fall River BR has a Queen size Memory Foam mattress. 2 full baths - Master bath offers a beautifully designed walk-in shower, large double sink stone vanity and an upgraded first floor bath vanity with a shower/whirlpool tub. Upgraded Kitchen with new appliances is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Dining area has a natural wood table/seating for six. Living area provides a leather sectional sofa, recliner and natural wood tables. The tasteful mountain decor with hardwood flooring and pine ceilings throughout and gas pot belly stove adds charm to this relaxing retreat. There is a large deck with outdoor table/seating for your outside dining. Enjoy surrounding mountain views and listen to the soothing sounds of Fall River, while relaxing on either of our two decks.
This condo is located 1 mile from downtown with an accessible paved trail for walking or biking to town while taking in the natural beauty, the mountain views and scenic fall river - or take the EP free summer shuttle next door at The Wapiti Colorado Pub. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only 3 miles away for hiking, picnicking and enjoying nature and viewing wildlife.
For your convenience, this condo also provides ceiling fans, WiFi network upgraded to fiber service and provides 500-600 mbps speeds throughout condo, Three 43” flat screen HD/4K SMART TVs (No traditional cable available. Streaming of some free live TV apps for news and entertainment, and also app access to your HULU, Netflix, Roku, Prime, Max, ESPN, etc. accounts.) The most organized and clean place we have ever stayed in. Even with no air conditioning, was cool during the day and warm at night. Loved the outside deck and benches next to river. Very quiet...couldn't hear our neighbors! And wild life...turkeys, chipmonks, and even a bear. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay on the River! We saw wild turkeys, elk, and marmots almost every day. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. No air conditioning, but we opened the windows after the sun went down to let in the cool air, then shut the windows and curtains in the daytime. There are fans in all the main rooms so it was very comfortable.

Best Place in Estes

My husband and I have been vacationing in Estes Park for over 30 years. We have stayed in several place in Estes and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It had everything needed plus some! We saw wild turkeys in the backyard along side the peaceful river. The communication was great, location is easy to get to, place was quiet, very clean and so much more than what we expected. We will never have to search for another place to stay in the visits to Eates.

This is a wonderful condo with the perfect location to Rocky Mountain national Park. While visiting, we saw a bowl out, three deer, family of wild turkeys, Marette, etc. Coming through the backyard! This is a very special place then you can make your home away from home!

Lovely place

We enjoyed our four night stay at this condo. The owners use this property themselves and it really shows in the way it has been outfitted and maintained. It is extremely clean and has every convenience you could want. Bathrooms are really nice. I didn’t love that it was next to a large restaurant/bar aesthetically but we had no issues with noise. Last the host Uly is truly wonderful and very responsive. We would definitely go back!

Perfect Estes location!

Every single thing about our stay was awesome and perfect for our family of two parents with grown kids. We’ve been to Estes four times and this was the best place we’ve ever had. It’s incredibly close to the RMNP entrance and convenient to town as well. Very well stocked with anything you could need. We were able to cook most of our meals in the kitchen which saved us a lot of money. Thanks so much!

WOW! We just left and I miss it already. This is the perfect place to stay! Fully stocked, comfy, and beautiful scenery. The backyard is like a dream! Estes Park is now one of our fav places and we will be back to this beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo next to the river

Beautiful condo! Lots of space and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed with nice appliances. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved the sound of the river just outside the back door. The balcony off the bedroom upstairs was perfect to sit and enjoy a book or view the beautiful scenery. Elk visited daily and even saw a marmot sunning on the rocks.

Fall Break Getaway

We were so excited when we arrived. The property looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean. A couple things I'd recommend are labeling the light switches and having a step stool for in the laundry room. My Mom and I are short and it was tough getting items out of the dryer. There wasn't a chair downstairs to bring in the restroom/laundry to use for reaching in the dryer. We enjoyed having the sliding glass door open upstairs falling asleep to the sound of the river out back and waking up to Old Man Mountain greeting us. Loved our stay!

Felt like home

Beautiful, roomy well appointed and beautifully decorated condo. It felt like home to us. Loved all the cute cabin decor. Great location, close enough to take a nice walk into town, but far enough away from the noise and crowds. Also very close to the Fall River entrance to the RMNP. Beautiful creek runs behind the property that you can hear with the windows open. We will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip to Estes Park and RMNP. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Buyer beware. There is No Cable at this property as stated in the listing, which was very upsetting to us. That being said it is a lovely property. Lots of stairs but we knew that looking at photos. Lovely view of Falls river.

Peaceful Comfort

This comfortable condo was very well maintained, and located in a peaceful location along Fall River. Downtown Estes Park is minutes to the east, and the Rocky Mountain National Park is minutes to the west. The local management representatives were responsive and wonderful to work with. We greatly enjoyed the opportunity to stay here.

Rocky Mountain Park Family Vacation

Our family of four, including two college-age daughters, had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Bear Creek condo. The location was perfect and gave us easy access to RMNP, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed, and yes, we saw several elk within a few feet of the back door one afternoon. I give it the highest rating!
