In summer, the fields are filled with sunflowers or seasonal crops. You’ll also have access to the vegetable patch and orchard, where you can enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables (available in spring and summer, still under construction).

The Space:
Whispers of the Willow 1 by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful countryside of Estramiac, near the Église Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption in Southern France. Just an hour's drive away is Toulouse, the capital of the Occitanie region. Known as the "Pink City" because of its terracotta buildings, Toulouse is famous for its aerospace industry, rich history, and lively culture.

The tiny house sits beside a tranquil pond, where chickens and ducks will be your friendly neighbors, offering peaceful company. Our friendly chickens and ducks will greet you upon arrival, and your Polygot Host, fluent in French, English, Dutch, and a bit of Spanish, will be on hand to offer recommendations and ensure your stay is unforgettable.

A cozy 221-square-foot retreat designed for comfort and convenience, featuring easy access to water, split-air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (electric-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: While there may be road noise in the morning and late afternoon, the area remains very quiet in between.

Guest Access:
For safety, we advise guests to SUPERVISE CHILDREN near the pond. Please note that we are not liable for any incidents that may occur on the property.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and are welcome to use one of the four entrances on the property, with one entrance dedicated specifically for their convenience.

If you're interested, we offer preorders and activities, which should be booked at least A DAY IN ADVANCE to secure availability.

It's just 5 minutes from the nearest bakery and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket. You’ll be able to enjoy peaceful nights and the tranquility of living in the second most rural region of France.

- There are two tiny houses on the property

- The entire garden is currently accessible for you to enjoy
- Please let the host know ahead of time if you'll be bringing a pet
- Mobile reception is weak for Vodafone and Orange S.A., and there is no signal for other networks
- No smoking in the tiny house. Smoking is allowed outdoors, on the deck, or near the firepit when weather permits (unless a local ban is in place, common in the summer)
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
